just started taking some days ago, seems to work, gives good energy in Gym & other works.

This is not my first time buying this product, it was always in good condition when I bought it. But this time I received faulty pills, the powder in some of the capsules had solidified!But fitaminat have cute packaging and nice touch with their thank you card and mini testers. Sad to have had an unpleasant experience 😕

I started taking this because my blood pressure was getting bad. It's never been great though. Most of my late 20's and early 30's my BP would be under 140/90 but above 130/80. This last year my BP took a crazy jump and went to 180/118 at my worst. I added this to my daily supplements and my blood pressure (with help of adding BP meds) went down to 131/78. I'v been tracking my BP A LOT since June when I got the scary results. For most of June through October my BP remained VERY high and I was getting pressure headaches. I started BP meds in early Sept but also started CoQ10 in mid Oct. My BP stayed high but dropped significantly in late Oct. It could be the BP meds or the CoQ10 or both. All I know is my BP is now in a "safe" range. I spent half the summer thinking I was going to stroke out knowing my BP was as high as it was. I work IT so I'm mostly sedentary.

I have had heart issues since I was a child and as soon as I started taking these, I noticed a difference in the energy I have felt and the difference in my cholesterol and blood pressure has changed for the better.I am not saying that this will work for everyone, these are what has worked for me.The supplement itself is in caplet form,orange in color and easy to swallow. I take one a day in the morning.One of the best things about these are that they are free of: dairy, gluten, egg, soybeans, shellfish/fish, peanuts/tree nuts.The bottle I recently purchased expiration date is 08/16.I will repurchase.
