Review: no regrets - I use this intermittently-they are my go to driving headset, there has been no complaints when talking on them, no issues with listening with them either. the full size muff is comfortable on long drives. I have had one of the other type (on the ear ones) and it becomes painful after a couple of hours, and the ear bud with the shorter mike booms I've noticed a lot of background noise. Also with the full size it slightly blocks the noise on that ear so you hear the GPS on the phone, I think most of us have been there-just as the GPS gives a direction some other noise happens, like the spouse starts to tell you about a new crochet pattern they just found (love you hun) ;) It's nice to have USB type C jack on there, the newer phones are using them so now you only have one cable to deal with along with it is symmetrical for easy plug in unlike the micro along with a fast recharge time As with any item there are some negatives but nothing that would not cause me to buy it again the first is the full size ear muff traps some body heat so just be aware of that, but that is because it helps block some of the sound, the other thing is when you flip it from left ear to right ear the controls go from the front side to the back side, here again nothing that would stop me from buying it again it's just something I think you should be aware of. Lastly I have had no issues with it connecting to my phone via BT with no drop connections and when I say "Hay Google call my beautiful wife" it dials it with no issues, but that still doesn't help her answer the phone *****For the price point I would give it a 9.5 out of 10******** like I said before, would I buy it again- yes I would- to me there is no greater endorsement for an item then a happy customer

**Q: I already have asurion insurance, will I have to buy again for this headset to have protection**
A: Why do you want to buy protection for a $30 headset?

**Q: Can I take a call while on another call? Will it cut off the previous call or put it on hold?**
A: I think this might be a feature of the software you are using. I have used it with MS Teams  It does not cut of the previous call automatically, Teams will prompt me that another call is coming but it is up to me to decide what action I would want to take.

**Q: Does this device have ANC ?**
A: The mic is great for cancelling out most sounds other than the speaker. But the headphones are very low with audio and can be hard to hear at times

**Q: is this compatible with a desktop and Windows 10?**
A: yes it could compatible with it. You could download a bluetooth driver on your desktop and then connect it.

So far so good. I’m hoping the mic does not cancel out too much of me when I speak. It’s been questionable but it may be phone settings,I haven’t figured that out yet. But I look forward to them being everything I need them to be . Overall, it does what I need it to do and the sound quality is pretty good for everyday use. It’s comfortable enough to wear for longer periods, and I haven’t had any major issues with the connection.
