Small fit my wife very well, she is 5'9" about 145lbs with D's. Nothing was exposed but the high waist on the bathing suit, the color, and the thong converged to making it a less modest bathing suit. If you are comfortable with your body in public and dont mind the purple, than you will be fine, but you will definitely get looks. The quality is great and the fit is nice. It has a string front which ties in the chest area, I would assume to accommodate different sizes.
