Can it hold Swiffer wet jet with liquid bottle in it? Thank you

Yes, this holds my Wet Jet w/ the cleaning solution bottle on it.

Can someone give me the actual dimensions of one gripper, please? Thanks

Hello! Thank you for asking. The product is approximately 3 1/3 X 3 1/8 X2 3/7 inches.

Can anyone tell me the width and length of the pad part that lays against the wall? I don't see any specs. Thanks.

Against the wall the holder is 2 5/16 wide x 3 5/16 high. But be aware that the holder angles outward from the wall. The widest point is 3 1/8. Hope that's clear.

Will it work in the shower?

I haven't tried it in the shower but use them in my laundry room they do sell Command strips that are made for the bath tub that are waterproof that you can use in it and it should stay. Here is the link for the strips I use in my bathroom to hold up Command products I've had them in my bathroom for over a year and they have not come off https://smile.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000WSNM9Q/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1518205733&sr=8-4&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=bath+command+strips&dpPl=1&dpID=51QvOnNfaqL&ref=plSrch
