I have noticed a difference within a week of using this product and I will continue to use and see how it helps further with my ibs. I cannot explain how stressful it is to deal with stomach related issues and not knowing what the triggers are as it’s always changing. I feel more at ease taking this. I will try come back and update further on how I get on but I am genuinely impressed. At first I thought it was a fluke but it’s been continuous. It is very pricey and I was reluctant to buy but I’m glad I did. I know not every person will benefit from the product as each individual is different but I have ibs, endometriosis and I’m on strong painkillers and this has given me some relief on the severe bloat I suffered on a daily basis. I haven’t checked my weight but it was more for stomach related issues. I take it last thing at night as I am taking medication during the day and it may affect the absorption. Cured my gut! I had really bad GI difficulties for decades. I was told by a dietician to use three scoops a day. DOSE MATTERS! Is what she said and it does.
