Iโve been using ORS for 2 years now and find their advertising avoids going into details about the ingredients. I only use them as a backup to a different sugar free brand.

Tablets donโt dissolve
I really wanted to love these but unfortunately the tablets donโt dissolve at all and they have barely any flavour. There are better hydration tablets out there. Wonโt repurchase.

My preferred brand of electrolyte replacement tablets
Highly recommend ORS tablets. Great for electrolyte replenishment and certainly helps if you feel a bit groggy from your previous night out!! Not a cure but definitely helps. I always have a pack in my case when travelling, which can be very tiring, and they helped with jet lag on a previous trip. May not work for everyone but definitely helped me. Tried other brands but always return to ORS as I find them value for money with a great taste.

Taste good when combined with juice
Electrolytes help your body retain water. I use it when i feel i havenโt had enough hydration for two days or more. I also bought when I was sick and on antibiotics to keep me hydrated.
