Love this call system. No monthly fees. Works great for older caregivers who don't hear well. I always know if my husband needs me. I think this watch is the answer. Customer service is the best. They will go the extra mile for you to resolve any issue you may have. I want to thank CallTou for responding to my problem in a timely manner. I would recommend any CallTou product. Thank you again and may God bless you.

This was fabulous for my Mother in law to call for help.... until I went to rinse a dish and water splashed on my watch. It stopped working. $70 down the drain. How are you going to make the call button waterproof but the watch cant handle a splash. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Purchased the unit Dec. 2019 so that my wife could page me if she needed assistance. Since I can be in various parts of the house or in the yard, I wanted a wearable page receiver. Although the set-up instructions are not clearly written, I was able to make the unit operational. The volume and vibration are adequate, but didn't always wake me if sleeping. After less than a year of use, the wrist band detached from the receiver. Although I could reattach it, with any wrist movement it detached. I started carrying the receiver (with the remaining strap attached) in a pants pocket, but this was uncomfortable, so I stopped using the unit.

Others claimed the vibration wasn't strong enough. Perhaps they were referring to the vibration that results from pushing any of the buttons on the side of the watch. The vibration resulting from using the call button is plenty strong to wake me, which exactly what I need since I am completely deaf when asleep. I hear fairly well with cochlear implants which I can't sleep with. My disabled wife has been using a wireless light switch to wake me with an app on her phone but this is far better because the call button is lightweight and give her direct immediate access to the call button. My only complaints are that the watch is a bigger and clunkier than I'd like, the instructions are not very good, and the watch requires very frequent charging. BUT it works well and solves the problem.

I purchased this watch-style receiver to supplement the CallToU Wireless Caregiver Pager Smart Call System already purchased. The original system included 2 button transmitters and 2 stationary receivers. This watch-style receiver easily paired with my original button transmitters, even though the instructions are not perfectly translated into English. The two button transmitters that accompanied this watch/pager were paired out of the box, and surprisingly, the date and time display on the watch was correct. The range of the system is better than expected: I am able to pick up the button transmission in all rooms and basement of my old two-story house with plaster walls. I am also able to venture to my neighbor's yard with good reception. Had I known of this watch-style pager originally, I would have opted for it rather than the stationary system.
