I'm allergic to adhesive (such as bandaids or medical tape) and got about 3 weeks out of these before I started getting welts/rashes. By then I was out of the worst if withdrawal. They worked well for me and I hardly missed my vape while wearing these continuously

Excellent product. I have tried multiple brands of nicotine patches. None of them would stay on longer than a few hours. Habitrol patches are round, stick well, and don't irritate the skin.

These little patches are a great help in my journey to being nicotine free!! Started with step 2, and am now onto step 3. These patches don’t adhere as well as Nicoderm CQ’s, especially when when swimming or in the shower. But the price is great and they’re definitely making the pains of quitting bearable. I have better luck with them on my chest or shoulders vs. anywhere on my arms. The biggest hurdle now is changing my mental addiction to the physical act and routine of smoking/vaping. That seems to be harder than the chemical addiction itself. Good luck!
