So I got this product because I would see it announced an Instagram and then when I go online I’m just to look up anything it was for another product so I will come up a lot radiance were amazing I guess that works with the gel on the belt I decided just go with the belt and it works amazing without the gel I feel like the gel is just to enhance the swell it doesn’t really do much for the body so I recommend this belt highly I wouldn’t recommend the gel just because I think the gel make say fake but the belt itself makes you sweat alot

This is my very first waist trainer and I love it!! You will definitely sweat when exercising and it’s good for different size bellies!!

You will really sweat wearing this belt with the cream. Downfall is it does not fit like a waist cincher or weight belt. I do not have a tiny waist or flat abdomen (if I did I wouldn’t need to purchase this) and it did not hug my waist. I looked really large and it’s not snug. There is a gap at the top of the band. You will sweat though which was great!

Great belt for heating up the core just a little hard to really do excersise with it on like it when on elliptical.
