There is hardly any difference between ANC low & high setting. Samsung claims to block 99% sounds but actually it fairs somwhere around 60-70%. Ambient mode is good even at medium setting. I didn't had any fit issue and it was very comfy. This is the best sounding buds from Samsung, Bass is deep & punchy. You can change the EQ settings from galaxy wearable app. I amnot sure about the 360 audio, yet to test it completely.
