If you have a stubborn stuffy nose that wont clear up, this one is powerful enough to handle the job of clearly it in seconds. I even keep one under my pillow because Im one of many who during my sleep time will have one of my nostrils close and cant breath which wakes me up, so I can quickly reach for it without turning my light on or fumbling with trying to find it on a nightstand. I can quickly squirt one pump of this with my eyes closed and go right back to sleep with free clear breathing. And with how its made, I dont need to sit up for it. It works at any angle.

Product works as expected.

As I've grown older, I have started getting to the point where I start experiencing a lot of mucous (sp?), which can lead to ... issues, particularly when eating. Doesn't happen a lot, but when it does, this does the job of "flushing the pipes" as it were. Just don't overdo (read package warnings, etc.).

Works great to relieve nasal congestion; however, do not use more than 3 days in a row. Consult your doctor for proper instructions.
