Nothing new, same exercises as usual
I thought am going to see new exercises and techniques but am so disappointed cos the exercises are normal, nothing is unique, the colour is black and white... Wastage of money

Gives a breakdown of each workout with picture examples which for me is perfect and also informs which muscles you are working out with each exercise. Highly recommend.

A great book. Has sets of exercises and each of them will give you a good workout. Doesn't explain how to do the exercises though, only has their names of them and pictures. You would have to learn each from YouTube.
