Bad product and delivery treatment

I got the "watery" product, Amazon stated out it's not eligible for return. It doesn't fair to me. I don't see it like the one as the video watched from 4th & Heart. I will never buy this product.

Probably shouldn't have ordered in the summer. It came liquefied. It put it in the fridge for a day,but its still liquid. It tastes fine,but ill know for next time.
