Omigosh These are the BEST!!!
First, let me say the seller took great measures to ensure my cheese curds stayed cold during shipping to Florida. They were cold packed perfectly. Kudo's to the seller for the steps they take to ensure the cheese curds arrived cold. The taste? Wow!! Delicious. Yes, I had to try all three flavors, lol. I can't even choose a favorite because they are all a delight to my pallet. I can't wait to order more and larger quantities. We can't get good cheese curds here where we live. I highly recommend this seller and this brand. The HOT Buffalo flavor is extremely HOT. Definitely not for the people who can't handle the heat. If you love the heat, you will love these The Hickory Bacon flavor is delicious and a mild flavor. The Cajun falls between the HOT and the mild flavoring.

Surprised that it wasn't up to it's regular quality.
Curds smelled of the seasoning, but there was no taste to the curd. It didn't even squeak. Not their usual quality.

PHENOMENAL taste, quality AND Customer Service!!!
This is an UPDATE to the review I wrote after receiving our Jan 11th order of the Garden Trio (See below). WOW!!! Talk about Customer Service! Deli Direct has earned us as lifelong customers!!!! Today, we were surprised by a FED EX delivery of a brand-new order of the Garden Trio cheese curds (Garlic, Ranch & Dill flavor) We did not order, so were not expecting. And, inside the box was a sweet card from Tammy @ Deli Direct & Merchandise Unlimited, apologizing for the mistake and saying they wanted to make it right by sending us a FREE new order! My husband immediately opened the Dill Curds, the ones he REALLY wanted from the original order on Jan 11, and said, "Yes, now THAT'S what I'm talking about! GREAT dill flavor!!!" Tammy, your products taste AMAZING---great flavor/quality! Thank you!!! OLD/original posting: We ordered the trio, Garlic, Ranch & Dill. HOT Buffalo was substituted for the Dill. Although the Garlic & Ranch were amazingly good, the HOT Buffalo was too HOT to eat. We threw it out. We'd like to order again, but fear they will again substitute another item for what we actually ordered.

Cheese curds arrived hot and melted. Not safe to consume. Too bad. They looked very good. Received a prompt and full refund, no questions asked. Great customer service.
