I would say they run a tad big so if you are at the lower side of one of the sizing scales go a size down. One unexpected thing is they are really long. I'm 6'2 and the waist band comes all the way up to my arm pits. They are very soft and I will be buying more just going one size down. Review: Just as good as the prescriptive versions. - These compression hose are easy to get on and off. They are good for long trips where prescriptive hose tends to move to the ankles and becomes uncomfortable. I don’t bruise myself putting those on. I also like these hose because they are attractive and do not look like support hose. Lastly, I have purchased 3 or 4 of these in black over the past few months and have yet to run a pair. This hasn’t been true with my prescriptive compression hose that cost me $150 to $300.
