This toothbrush is great. I have zero complaints. From my perspective, it's just as good as my Phillips was. Who knows, perhaps it will not last as long. I've had this for 3 months now and it still runs like a top. It comes with several replacement heads too, so you really don't have to worry about your toothbrush again for a year or more. Perhaps just a great choice for a travel toothbrush. Great product.

Purchased in Nov 2024. The toothbrush stopped working in April of this year. Contacted customer service this month (June 2025) after trying to troubleshoot between life events. Customer service was AMAZING. The toothbrush has a year warranty and within days I had a new one. Be sure to troubleshoot first as my sister has the same toothbrush and after following the guide for troubleshooting, it started working. Thank you for the fast response!! Would definitely purchase again solely based on the awesome customer service!

Works great and I appreciate the price!

These arrived quickly and work well. Previously we have been using Sonicare which we love but have started looking for a more cost effective option. These are a great alternative! They aren't quite as fast but it does include reminders, additional settings such as polishing and whitening, and they still give you a dentist-clean feeling. These exceed the name brand with the amount of brush heads included in the packaging as well. The heads are slightly larger than a name brand option but still comfortable to use and they have a longer handle which actually made them easier for my kids to use. Great option overall and i'm happy we gave them a try!

Ordered another one. New one died in a month. I’m done with these. Then never supplied a replacement for the first one. I’m not sending a defective toothbrush back and paying shipping for a replacement. Or spending the time to go to an ups store. The replacement policy is a joke. Button did not work right rom the time I received it. Instead of requesting a return as I probably should, I kept the item and tried to just deal with it. As time went on, it only got worse, eventually failing. Not sure if there is any quality control after assembly, but there’s no way this would have passed. I did like the toothbrush enough to request a replacement, but refuse to send the old one back, as it’s only a toothbrush, and as I’ve previously stated. I hate returning things, the process is too inconvenient. So time will tell if they just allow the replacement or charge me for another - which will unfortunately give me another bad experience with them. I have full intention of continued purchases of this toothbrush for my kid and wife once their current other name brand brushes die, as it is an incredible deal, and works well. You get a few extra brush heads right from the beginning which is nice. Speed options are great as well.

I liked the toothbrush from the beginning: for the price it delivers a good cleaning quality, plus extra heads and 5 modes makes it a great addition to your hygiene routine. But i really liked working with the customer service: after about 6 months the brush stopped holding the charge and would die after ~1 min of work. I reached out to [email protected] and complained about my problem. I got a response in less than 24 hours suggesting to provide my mailing address and reassuring that 12 month warranty covers my problem. The new brush was sent to me the very same day with the expedited shipping and i got it a day later. Very satisfied with the product and customer service.
