For use with any 24 volt AC irrigation timer/controller. Unique reverse-flow design helps prevent flooding in the event of internal diaphragm failure keeping the valve closed and saving water. I bought this and replace in five minutes. It seems very nice, secure and watertight. Rainbird is Great.
