The plot is purest, finest gossamer, but the rhymes are fun, and there are some I'd never heard in all my years of speaking English. The illustrations are fun, too.

A sweet and engaging picture book that children really enjoy. The rhyming text is fun to read aloud and keeps little ones interested, while the illustrations are bright and charming. It’s a lovely book for bedtime or shared reading and one that’s easy to come back to again and again.
