Shut off
This is a nice product. Low isn’t too hot and shuts off automatically after 20 minutes

Good quality, gets really hot!
Be careful...gets really hot! I bought and returned about 2 or 3 other hearing pads before I found this one. I wanted one that gets really hot for my neck and shoulders and this sucker gets HOT! My only critique is the pad is a little smaller then I would have wanted, you can only heat one side of the body at a time.

Great for back pain
I use this for back pain that acts up now and again. I find the settings just right and the auto off function a necessity for safety when I fall asleep with it.

Worth every penny
Works great. Produces the damp heat just as it says. Warms fast and times itself off every 25 minutes. High heat is very warm but medium is very comfortable.
