The functionality of this thing is that once you hook it underneath the tire, it slides along the rim to unseat the rest of the tire, and I have never had a tire fight this process. Best lever ever. Full stop. **Q: Does this work on wheelchair tires with a solid inserts?** A: No **Q: Will this be large enough for a one wheel tire?** A: Not sure exactly what you are asking... This works as a stronger, heavier bicycle tire lever which is especially helpful when dealing with extra tight fitting tires. This dual sided tire lever is amazing. I have used it twice now and everyone that has changed a bicycle tire, know the last 8 inches of the bead of the tire is the worst, but the hook for the rim slide put the tire on with ease.
