**Q: Do I need to buy extra brewing sugar?**
A: Yes you will. It comes with yeast. Flavor. And concentrate. Along with instructions.

**Q: What is the sweetener in the post-fermentation sweetener packet and how much is there? I would like to substitute Sucralose for the post-sweetener.**
A: Sweetener isn’t labeled as to what it is exactly. Comes in a pouch as liquid, maybe 2 tablespoons worth. You could probably use sucralose, just add it to the primary util it’s to your liking the day before bottling or kegging.

**Q: The sweetener is small for 6 gallons. Will it make it noticeably sweet?**
A: I’ve made this cider 6 times now in different flavors (spiced apple, pear, and cherry). I use the entire sweetener packet and it’s the right sweetness every time. Anymore in my opinion would be too sweet.

It's very easy to make. The bag has a hidden dry pouch inside that contains the yeast and flavour packet. All you need to do is buy 1kg, aka 2.2 lbs, dextrose, and mix it with the concentrate. Simple to use. Yes, I'll buy it again. It makes 6 gallons, aka 30 wine bottle size.

I cut the package and cut also the concentrate bag, but it was my first time so I didn't know. Otherwise, everything was easy to follow, and I'm waiting for the final result, one week to go (it's already bottled).

Quick and easy to make. But the listing fails to mention that you will need 1Kg (2.2lbs) of regular sugar or dextrose to make this kit. I fermented it in a bucket with an airlock. And racked it over a glass carboy. And I cheated and just put it on tap with light carbonation. I have re-ordered the 2nd kit. Greg
