Worked for me, extremely surprised and relieved . Started working for me immediately
This worked for me. I had very deep acne that would not go away for over a year, almost 2. They were like bumps that would not pop and lasted for weeks at a time, I used topical retinol and Niacinamide as well as face washes specifically for acne while this would keep it somewhat under control for a little, the acne quickly would come right back. They were becoming painful and hard and my face was swollen because of them. Truly nothing was working until I took 3 of these a day and within ONE MONTH my acne DRASTICALLY reduce and 2 months in I am not having any recurring breakouts. I noticed that it was clearing out my stools as well. so my method of action was to take these in the morning on an empty stomach and then at night I would take my probiotics to make sure the microbdefend wouldn’t kill the good bacteria’s from the probiotic. I experienced some die off reactions like mild diarrhea in the morning that would subside quickly . I really recommend this to anyone who has troublesome acne and difficulty with bloating/constipation. My bloating has gone way down and am going to the bathroom regularly .

How can I recommend or not recommend this product? The only reason I buy this supplement is because it was the only one I found that combined these three herbs. The only reason I wanted a supplement with these three herbs is because the herbs have some correlation with reducing inflammation and improving digestive conditions. Does it do it for me? Maybe. Will it do it for you? You will have to self-test. Read the research and try some.
