Fox Run Marble Mortar and Pestle, Green, 3"

Love it!!!!!! Look expensive and heavy!!

So I needed a mortar and pestle for grinding herbs and did not have a large budget so I went on Amazon to look and found this amazing thing. The weight is pretty nice is weighs enough to know it’s high quality but is light enough to carry in loose athletic shorts!!! The stability of the bowl is pretty good aswell it sounds beautiful. The grinding is pretty good as the rough cut the bowl is made with gives it the perfect texture to crush herbs. It’s super easy to clean and takes around 1-3 minutes to do so.

This is a great mortar and pestle. The marble is wonderful for this because it makes the pestle heavier and easier to grind things with. The mortar is textured inside to allow easy grinding too. As a chemist I have used a number of types of mortar and pestle (ceramic and other marble ones) and this one is a great one. I think it is a wonderful buy for the price. It was bigger than I thought it would be, but that's not a bad thing. The marble makes it very sturdy; it's a great size for grinding a number of things. Right now I am using it to grind up my cat's medication so that I can blend it in with his food. The size of this set would also make it good for grinding a variety of food items. The only problem with it is that the grooves inside the mortar are a bit deep and tend to retain some of whatever your grinding; not a big deal since you can just rinse it out, but could be an issue if you are dealing with small amounts of material.

This is by far the cutest and tiniest mortar grinder I have ever purchased. I did want something small. It did not disappoint. I mean. It was only about $20 with taxes so I was not expecting something huge. The quality is good. It’s worth more than what I paid. I’m pleased. Works well to grind my dog raw beef bones and marrow after baking and drying. The grinder turns the bones into a fine calcium dust to be added to his homemade fresh cooked food. I have no regrets with this tiny purchase. I actually love it. Takes very little room in my dog cupboard.

Il prodotto non era idoneo, era piccolissimo, mi serviva un mortaio x il pesto e questo era grande quando una tazzina da caffè, per cui ho provato a restituirlo, ma la politica di reso del venditore prevedeva che avrei dovuto spedirlo a mie spese in California e quando avrebbe ricevuto il prodotto avrebbe effettuato il rimborso. Questa procedura richiedeva tempo per andare a spedire il pacco, dovevo farlo solo con UPS ma nella mia zona non c'è questo corriere, e ci avrei rimesso pure le spese x la restituzione restando alla fine pure senza il prodotto. Davvero una politica dei terzi venditori deludente, che non viene per niente incontro ai clienti. Amazon è stata chiara e disponibile nel dare spiegazioni ma questo venditore con me ha chiuso e spero che questa recensione possa essere di aiuto a tanti. Ho messo una stella perché il sistema altrimenti con zero stelle non mi passava la recensione!
