This is probably my favorite Indian pickle. A person needs to enjoy spicy and very tart Indian pickle so be aware an Indian pickle is not for everyone -- even if you like spicy things. The flavors meld beautifully in this one.

This is a delicious, spicy pickle. I use it to jazz up rice, beans, lentils, anything with a vaguely Indian flavor that won't clash with the spices. It has a great puckering lemon flavor and a LOT of heat. Delicious (if you like heat)!

Be careful, I ordered this product and it arrived in a broken bottle with the pickle spilled in the package, had to throw it all out.

I bought this from a local Indian store and fell in love with it. I even eat it with my morning eggs. A little goes a long way for flavor, but it’s not as spicy as the mixed pickle. Ironically, I hate anything lime, but not in this. I came online to find it twice the $$$ that I paid for locally. But, it would be something I would consider if I can’t get to the store. It’s not in the area I typically would be. I have to go out of my way.

Mother’s makes my favorite pickle. My first package (left, mango) arrived fine. My second package (right, lime) arrived leaking oil with the label & bubble wrap soaked and discolored. Turns out there is no allowance for returns/exchanges. I will find a local retailer and continue to purchase Mother’s. But, I won’t buy it via Amazon, again.

This is as close to the fresh lime pickle that you get served in Indian restaurants as I've been able to find in a long-life package. In particular, it's much much better than Patak's lime pickle, which I've tried 3 jars over the last year and two of them had this nasty background eggy smell, and the one that didn't smell of eggs wasn't as tasty as this anyway.

Great taste with good quality

This is great - too salt, too sharp, too spicy - just as it should be! This is not for those with delicate tastebuds. If you like it strong and full of flavour this is good stuff.

Bought this as it got good reviews from supposedly lime pickle connoisseurs??? This stuff is so oily it's virtually inedible. I wish I could say something good about it but I can't. Threw it in the bin it was that bad.
