This is some great quality hair. I would definitely order again and since I’m 5’4 it pretty much went to my tailbone . It was soft and easy to use and reuse . I washed my hair too and it was easy to wash and use after washing

I really like this product! Initially, I thought there wasn't enough hair per package, but it turns out to be more than enough for my hairstyle.

Soft, shiny, & bouncy. Minimal tangles, I use moose & make sure to wear a bonnet every night. Twists still look good & it’s been a month. Will purchase again.

I really do like this hair. At first I thought I wouldn't like it. Because it does tangle and matte up but after a while I loved it. Low maintenance, beautiful color, no odor, doesn't make my scalp itch. Love the curls it has it in it.

The hair is super soft, no smell, and very lightweight! It came with the crochet hook as well as some clips and hair jewelry. I got the 7 packs of hair and ended up with 3-4 packs of hair left !! I did some passion twists or attempted too. I’m in no way a hairstylist and I’m definitely NOT braider but this was a super easy process and easy hair to work with. It does tangle easily but not a super big nuisance with the style I did. I will say my hair poked through the hair a lot but again I’m not a hair stylist so I’m 100% sure it was me not knowing what I was doing not the hair itself. If you’re looking for soft, lightweight hair and an easy style this was it. It took me all day to do my hair but worth the money I saved. I’m going to start trying to do my hair more often and buying this hair was a good start. I’ll be buying more in other colors.

I am new to twists and thought rough crunchy twists was the norm. I was wrong! Other (more popular) brands gave me the HARDEST time separating the hair and the ends were so hard. THIS hair is AMAZING. So soft! Separation is soooo easy I was SHOCKED. Color was spot on, hair looks shiny and healthy as well. I have found my go to hair for twists from now on! Woohoo!

Edit: They gave me a full refund, it was nice how responsive and how quickly they got to me about my complaints. It showed me that they do care about their customers being satisfied with the product. Hopefully the quality will go back to what it used to be. Originally purchased from this company in February of 2020. Loved how my hair turned out once I put it in, I did passion twists, the ends were really pretty and tightly curled and it was super soft. Fast forward to this month, I purchased this hair I believe on Tuesday and received it yesterday afternoon. This morning I decided to take a look at it and I instantly knew that something wasn’t quite right. The hair looked shorter (after measuring it did turn out to be 22in), it wasn’t as soft as I remembered it being and the ends were much looser than I remembered them to be. The last time I did my hair I had 2 packs left so I got the old hair that I had purchased in Feb. to compare to the hair I just received. After putting them side by side the differences were apparent. The ends weren’t as tightly curled, it wasn't as soft, and it overall just felt a lot different. I can however say that the thickness is the same as before and that the price hasn’t changed. Now I don’t know if I got a bad batch, but I can say that I am disappointed in the quality of what I have received. I haven’t spoken to anyone at the company about this just yet but I will be soon. Just a heads up if any of you purchased this hair in the beginning of the year and expected the same quality.

The hair is soft, it’s true to length and it has no smell. I don’t know how to do hair at all and it was sooo easy to install it on myself especially since the crochet needle was already included. And it came with some duck clips. I would buy it again!

It was really great hair! I used exo style gel in the green bottle and some edge control when sectioning off pieces. Even if when you pull out pieces if it gets frazzled, take a little gel and twist with it while you go down and the frizzes go away and the curls actually activate even more. I took one piece and cut it in half and braided three time then twist all the way down. I also lengthened it a little bit as well to have it a little longer than 18 inches. It’s been over two weeks and it still looks amazing. The first picture was taken on feb 17th. Pointers to do this is using the exo style gel to twist- put a little on your fingers while twisting it will help your natural hair as well twist probably with the passion twist. Hope this helps!

The hair is nice but i did not get the full 6 packs inside the package which is very disappointing.

My hairdresser was really happy with my hair choice especially for the passion twist style I was using it for.

This hair rocks! I installed it myself. I’ve had this in since March and I am still getting compliments on it to this day. To be honest, I don’t really like to do much in the maintenance department when it comes to hair~~but I’m pretty sure it would make a difference as far as frizzing of the natural hair goes.

Colour looks exactly as pictured. I've had so many compliments about the hair. It's lightweight and doesn't get snagged or tangled easily. The twists hold well. It's been 2 weeks with it in, and it hasn't lost it's sheen. I will definitely buy it again.
