Works as advertised. Worth the purchase. Only negative, the smell from the bottle will envelope your home/room, you need to store this in a sealed container or a tight ziploc bag. It smells like bad fumes. Will continue to buy because it actually works. I store mine in a big ziploc bag away from everything

2008 when the market crashed I drove a set of brakes off a 1986 mustang GT. When I say “drove the brakes off” I mean literally. The rotor fused to the brake pad on the right side and it cracked the disc completely off the hub portion. Those small black lines are 22 year old brake and rotor particles. They do not come off. It’s unfortunate and shameful to neglect maintenance like that but a 20 something waiter was riding that horse till it was dead. The other wheel(factory Regal GS) just had a Brembo 4 piston chomping down too hard and it shot hot semi metallic brake pad into the clear coat. Most likely the shops were not cleaning up the guide pins. For this type of damage I did use a scotch bright kitchen sponge with the lightest touch. You can’t “spray” your way back from this my friends BUT look at that 4-lug 17” wheel. It looks brand new (almost) I ran out of spray but it almost completed the job. I will say the formula struggles more with high performance carbon metallic pads because they aren’t really that ferrous maybe?(duh) but again, still did a great job as cleaning prep before removal of the clear coat to resurface.

The product works just fine, but it smells just as bad as any iron remover I’ve ever used. The only reason I’m mentioning the odor is because the side of the bottle says ‘no odor”. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Fortunately, I did not make the purchase with the expectation that it would not stink.

I had an insane amount of brake dust in my wheels and back tailgate after a rear brake locked up. I picked this stuff up and it worked wonders. The back went from a ton (photo with the purple tailgate) to a little (second photo) after 2 applications and the wheels are coming along too. They were so bad I need another bottle and will stick with the same stuff.

This product works extremely well, but brace yourself, it might be one of the most foul smelling things that will enter your nose. All iron removers smell terrible, though. The worst part about this product is that the smell lingers, and then it lingers some more. The good part is that it does everything it says it will do. I picked up a bottle to try out on a few cars I was detailing this weekend. The wheels had not been detailed in quite some time; they were neglected and caked with brake dust. Only a minute or two after spraying this on the wheel, rivers of purple started running down the wheel. Cleaning the wheels after that took minimal effort. A little elbow grease and they looked new again. I was blown away by how well the product worked. There's still no getting away from the smell, though, and I DEFINITELY would not recommend using it inside a garage.

This chemical is the MIRACLE CLEANER for those of us driving european vehicles that dump brake dust on our wheels. Cant believe how great this stuff works. Put it on your cool/cold wheels and then scrub lightly with a brush for a minute. Rinse off and your wheels look literally brand new. Not gonna lie... this stuff stinks when you put it on but man does it do a great job. Does not harm wheel finish at all. My detail guy turned me onto this chemical and I use it every time. What a great find for car guys/gals like me. Thanks

Wirkt sehr gut, musste jedoch 2x anwenden. Mit Waschhandschuh nachgeholfen. Der Geruch ist nicht so heftig wie bei anderen Flugrostentfernern.

Tried different brands … this one is one of the best for sure…used it with clay mitt, results were better than just spraying it, wait and rinse
