does this work as well against demodex as the wipes?

Great question RT! The foam formula is less concentrated than the wipes. It works just as well on the mites, but it will take a little longer. It is designed for mild-to-moderate case of demodex, where the wipes are for moderate-to-severe case.

Do you put it on and leave it? Or do you wash it off after applying??

Hi, You can leave it after application. You should then be able to apply your moisturizer or any other product. We recommend to let it dry for 1-2mn. The Cliradex Team

What the difference between this and towelettes

Clradex Light is a small bottle of product that comes out as a light foam (kind of like shaving cream). It appears to be somewhat less potent than the towelettes, but it applies nicely and doesn't burn as much as the towelettes. It spreads well on the eyelids and leaves a moist residue. I get surprisingly good results not only for control of blephartis, but it also helps clear up rosacea outbreaks on my face.
