Very good little device. It doesn’t come with batteries, so you’ll need 2 AAA batteries to get started, but once they’re in it’s ready to go straight away. It’s really easy to use, just pop it on your finger, press the button & it quickly shows your oxygen saturation and pulse rate. The display is clear and easy to read. A handy piece of equipment to have at home for peace of mind.

This review is in four parts, part 1 is about the first oximeter. Part 2 is about the second oximeter. Part 3 is about the seller. Part 4 is my overall review. Part 1, The original oximeter purchased (the one listed) was a cheap little sats monitor. It was temperamental but useable as a back up (as was mentioned in the original review). Part 2. The seller offered a replacement and sent out a different model which worked well, As you can see form the picture the replacement was a different model, which was more accurate with fewer functions. It read quickly and give audial and visual heart rate notifications. (Again the replacement was not a straight replacement but an upgrade). Part 3. After leaving an initial 3 star review the seller started to email me (twice a day, every day) offering a replacement to gain a 5 star review. Although I appreciate that reviews can affect sales, I found 8 emails in less than a week a little excessive. To his / Her credit, when accepted, a replacement was dispatched and received quickly. Part 4. As this was an upgrade and not replacement I cannot give an honest 5 star review as would not be a review for the listed item. The new oximeter works. The seller was quick to respond to the review and gave quick customer service.

I very rarely write reviews but this one is for my fellow severe COPD / asthma sufferers: Despite the low price, this is the best Oximeter I have ever used, and that includes many more high priced Oximeters of varying technologies. This one is very quick to give your readings, it's accurate, its lightweight and I love that, while wearing it and walking or moving, it quickly shows the changes in my O2 saturation and heart rate. Just purchased another.

NEEDS BATTERIES. DOESN'T WORK WITH NAIL VARNISH ON (like any other pulse ox machine). The reading time is quick and reliable, with the Lanyard meaning it can travel with you anywhere you go in a purse or around your neck, the Display screen is bright and easy to read as well as reversible if others need to read your vitals. The pulse ox machine was purchased by me to check my heart rate mainly as I’ve got sinus tachycardia and suspected POTs this is easy to carry around if I have one of my episodes it’s easy to put on and take a picture for my medical team.

Absolute rubbish it stopped working after 5 weeks so unable to obtain a refund. Really annoyed with this item. Buyer beware

Just what I wanted, to check on my Oxygen level, as I have Asthma & COPD. Very useful as a check to see if I need to see my Doctor.

Device worked fine for about a year, then suddenly stopped working altogether. Tried a few things but it wouldn’t produce readings any more. Disappointing.
