I bought the L XL size. It can adjust on the harness for a bigger or smaller person. It’s probably not for a petite person in the L XL size but I’m so happy with the fit for me. Extremely comfortable and reliable backpack.

**Q: What's the difference in size between medium and large?**
A: The length of the back panel is different, so the straps can be adjusted to fit different heights properly. You can look up the sizing chart info on Osprey website. I bought both sizes for my 6 ft son, we kept the Large, as S/M was a bit small.

Extremely well made rucksack. Got this in Prime week so at a discounted rate. It is so adjustable just make sure you measure your back before selecting the size - top of pelvis cradle to the C7 vertebrae. Easy access to the pockets. With the well padded shoulder supports and hip belt this makes for a very comfortable rucksack
