can I connect my wii remote plus to my pc for dolphin emulator using this product?

Yes. The wiimote looks for the light given off by this thing, then the wiimote sends the correct data to Dolphin over Bluetooth. USB is only used for power, no data.

Does this sensor bar have lights that come on when its plugged in? Mine doesn't have any lights and my Wiimote won't connect.

How do you connect it to dolphin emulator?

The best way I got it to work is to use Touchmote to emulate a mouse cursor and then use the cursor in Dolphin.
