I bought this on a whime but then noticed I was getting rid of weird body bloat. When I ran out of pills the bloat came back. I mix mine with schisandra and astragalus.

Someone told me that barberry should help with roscea. Not sure what exactly that meant, i purchased this powder. I ended up mixing some of it in a dead-sea mud mask product i have. I use the mask 2-3 times a week. My skin loves it and actually does respond well to the barberry in brightening and calming the redness of it. Whether i am doing the right thing or using the right barberry parts for this does not matter to me anymore as i am very happy with my results.

I make my own pills and this stuff is wonderful. So many benifits.

I purchased and consumed 5 lbs of this over last few years for the berberine in it for serious health reasons,berberine is in barberry( berberis vulgaris) not this misslabled product which contains BAY-berry(myrica cerifera )not barberry, no berberine in bayberry.
