Hello, friends The length of the silver rose umbrella is 22.83 inches (58cm), the folded length is 11.42 inches (29cm); when opened, the width of the umbrella is 37.4 inches (95cm); suitable for 1-2 people.

Can this umbrella withstand really high winds like in Taiwan's plum rain season?

This is a piece of garbage. I am so glad I was able to return it to Amazon because if not I would have had to contaminate our landfill with this horrible product that STINKS so badly. Amazon should do America a great service and return all their umbrellas back to China.

Will this fit into a Loungefly mini backpack, when folded?

I don't know what a loungefly mini is, but when folded it's just under 11 inches long and 2 1/4 inches around.
