perfect for a chiffon cake
its great just keep in mind that its a big pan so make sure u adjust your recipie accodingly since more recipies are for a 7inch pan

El mejor Molde para pastel que puedes tener , es desmontable y no se pega lo que ayuda a que tu pastel te quede increíble

Es muy practico de buen tamaño solo que es un poco fragil se deforma si lo aprietas de hecho llego con algunas abolladuras pero nada que no se pudiera arreglar

El molde traía una pequeña abolladura, y como es en dos partes, esto genera que se escurra un poco la masa al ponerla sobre el molde, ya que no sella bien del todo.
