Cuisinart Multifunction Griddle and Grill, Blue

Arrived with the handle broken turned it back, also glad it was the case as when compared to the similar product from Cusinart I was replacing which I had from 2012 this is a more expensive yet a much lower quality than what it used to be. wouldn't buy again

Last model I bought in 2012, still.runnimg fine but plates were too scratched. Now this one, bought in 2025, today the timmer button fell off, and there is no customer support option. Abysmal quality. I would rather return the item, as it is not fit for purpose if buttons fall off after 10 uses.

previously had one but after so many years stopped working , after that I bought another brand I was just ok then I decided to buy Cuisinsrt again. you can adjust the temparature you want, the plate is removable which is easy to wash them. so far so good.

** See EDIT at end of review. ** Great service regarding delivery etc. Nicely made and really well packed. Not hugely expensive all things considered. BUT several other reviewers said their main fuse blew when they turned it on ... and mine went for 15 seconds before blowing the main fuse. I've let both Amazon and Cuisinart head office know by phone and also called the supplier, Dawsons Departmenrt Store in Clitheroe. Bit disconcerting, but I've since tried again and this time it stayed on whilst I cooked some bacon on it. If it continues simply to function I'll be happy with it. It has a 5 year warranty and I got Cuisinart to email me confirming this. So maybe I'll increase the stars to 4 or 5 if it doesn't trip the fuse again.. ** EDIT ** ...... a day or so later I turned it on intending to cook some meat ..... and a few minutes after switching it on the red POWER light went out and the machine stopped working completely. Completely Kaput. I've now returned it and requested a refund. Shame as I thought the 5 year warranty was good ... but it was not to be.

This is a great sandwich toaster…but it actually is so much more than that! Having tried a few different types of toaster that were either too small, or, just didn’t do a very good job, this Cuisinart Grill and Griddle does a great job. The machine is well made, with a good quality feel. So easy to use, and clean. The unit comes with a set of flat griddle plates and a set of ribbed grill plates that are so easy to swap over. You can also easily open the grill out flat, to cook a variety of different food and vegetables. The temperature control allows for excellent adjustment to suit your needs. The only thing that I would say is a negative would be that the unit is rather large, but if that’s not a problem for you, then the larger size becomes an advantage. Well happy with this one!
