A really great little torch
This torch is such good value for money; sturdy but light and it has a powerful beam. The option of a down light is very useful.

A bit surprising, in a good way.
Smaller and lighter than I anticipated, but very powerful. The carrying handle is small for a man’s hand, but I can adjust to it. ‘Torch mode’ seems odd, with a very bright spot at the centre of the beam, whereas the ‘lamp mode’ provides a uniform illumination, as if one is carrying a space-age candle. The device charges slowly via a USB lead, so you will need an output supply of that format. Keep it charged for power outages, and you will have your own little sun at hand. Overall, good value.
