Is the mini shaving head supposed to remove small hairs? Mine is not working at all

i odered philips trimer.. it’s looks open and box was philips but inside braun low quality trimmer was there.

No, this is not true . The product I ordered was Philips and received Philips and it works well expect for the other attachments which are practically of no use

Can i use shaving cream with this?

You can but very minimal amount as this shaver was really small..
