They were super easy to switch and got me back on track.I will never buy from sawgrass again because of this underhanded way to price gouge but I will use this printer until the wheels fall off.

Not Sawgrass Compatible
Had to return because these are not compatible with my sG500. I’m guessing it did some kind of update since these were made.

Poor quality chip
They chips would not hold on place. Each one popped out from its place holder.

Part Good/Part not Update coming
This is my third time using this product including a return that was submitted under my wifes account. The seller was very responsive to my issue with the chips and they replaced them immediately. I don't like that if you don't click a star they list the purchase as awful. The second chips did work and it did produce a good amount of prints they just seem to not recognize that the cartridge is a full cartridge and shows empty at half full. I received the replacement and filled my cartridges and added the chips so I will be monitoring when they indicate the cartridge is empty and verifying. I will update this review with the results and editing the rating at a later date.
