I bought my first HexClad, a 9" frying pan and loved it. I came back in to buy this 13" Griddle... have now used it and love it also! I have decided to replace all my frying pans to HexClad. The pans cook food very well and even, and the clean up is a dream. I will be coming back to replace all my frying pans, one piece at a time, but I will be coming back!

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The HexClad Hybrid Nonstick 12-Inch Frying Pan with Tempered Glass Lid is absolutely worth the price. I’ve wasted a lot of money on other pans in the past, and if I had found this one sooner, I would have saved myself so much frustration and cash. The quality is outstanding—it heats evenly, the nonstick surface truly works without peeling or scratching, and the stay-cool handle makes it comfortable to use. I also love that it’s dishwasher-friendly, oven-safe up to 900°F, and works perfectly on induction as well as my other cooktops. On top of that, the seller responded to me right away, which gave me extra confidence in the purchase. Overall, this pan has exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

Great quality, love the size of this griddle. Have most of HexClad pots and pans, my new favorite brand for cooking anything.

EDIT AFTER 5 USES: Following all instructions the pan is no longer totally nonstick. For the price, it's no better than others I've used for far less. Even heat, no stick, easy prep and clean up BUT... Everything slides away from the center to the edges! The food came out ok, but it's going to take some getting used to. I made buttered toast, fried eggs, and sliced fingerings. The surface is so slick!

These HexClad nonstick pans were a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves these pans and how they evenly cook. These pans are. Heavy duty and are high quality. They are easy to clean and are worth the investment. As soon as he started cooking with these pans it became clean that these pans would last a long time. We actually tossed out our old beat up pans and will only use HexClad. At first I thought they were pricy but after using them they are worth the money.

This time a bought the 12" griddle pan and like all my other HexClad's I love it. I bought it for pancakes or french toast or grilled cheese type things, and I haven't made grilled cheese on it yet, but I'm sure there's room for 4 sandwiches at a time. I find the bad reviews a little confusing because I have had such good luck with mine and makes me think that others aren't using the pan properly. I usually always stay below med heat, which is what HexClad tells you, and I think a big part is I always spray the pan with Pam before I use for sticky things like pancakes. I turn the heat on med-low and let it pre-heat and then use one of those laser temperature readers to see what the the temp is, and I'm looking for about 250 degrees or so, and then if I'm doing pancakes or french toast I'll spray it and go ahead and make them, and they don't stick at all, in fact you can sometimes shake the pan a little and they'll slide around. When your done you could almost just wipe it out with a paper towel, but I put mine in the dishwasher.

Superior way for me to heat up tortillas. The even heat distribution works far better than my cast iron griddle ever did. The tortillas are warmed all the way through with a light even toasting. Husband approved.

I have to make an addendum to the following review: Hexclad works on first use as non stick but after that it is downhill from there, I have tried frying eggs many times with plenty of oil added prior to frying and still eggs are sticking, good luck, will not purchase anymore hexclad product, if I could return product I would but time has passed for return window. After some experimenting, I found the right formula to cooking with this non stick griddle. I applied both a little oil and added a little butter, heated this coating first to electric eye setting to 5 for 10 minutes, then turned setting down to 4 for about 10 minutes, cracked several eggs onto griddle and it worked from there, so it comes down to your stove setting , heated oil first, let cool a little, then add eggs, everyone will have to experiment first to find your right combination of above. So I will to give this griddle a 4 review.

Simply Superb. Best griddle I've ever owned. Excellent non-stick and it is very substantial so I don't think there will be warping issues in the future like I've had with others over the years.
