I have been giving my elder dog NZ green lipped mussel supplements for years, and with wonderful improvement to her mobility. I finally decided to give this a try for myself. I researched many brands and decided on this one. It is produced in NZ and is wonderful. There is no taste/aftertaste. I can actually report that after one dose, I woke up the next morning without any stiffness in my hips. No kidding! I've been on it for about a month now and will continue with taking this brand. I am a senior female and I can definitely recommend this product to you.

I had been rather hopeful that this would work for me. I have daily pain, sometimes pretty intense. I started taking one capsule when I got the bottle. There was a mild fishy smell I every time I opened the bottle, but no unpleasant fishy after effects. It was ok for about the first week, then one day I started having lower abdominal pain. I can have this off and on and didn't think anything of it at first. The next morning, I had really bad diarrhea all day. It got better after that, but continued for about 3 days along with the lower abdominal pain. I did not have any abdominal cramps with it that would indicate a stomach bug. No fever or vomiting either. I immediately stopped taking the product the day the diarrhea started. I haven't taken it since. I don't want to put anyone off of this. This is just my experience and I can be sensitive to various things. I just wanted to try it because of my pain situation. It may be work great for someone else and is probably worth a try.

The item arrived on time, it was packaged well and undamaged. It was as described by the seller and It does what it says. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no bad after taste. They work really well for releaving my knee pain.

This product smells like dead fish when you open the bottle. To bad I'm out so much money.
