Bought it to make the whiteflies go away. But doesn’t seem to be working very well.

Truly effective on all types of home & garden plants
I have used this product in the past and it's efficacy is very long lasting, almost a year and a half. I use just one teaspoon full of this neem oil to 750 ml of ordinary tap water and shake the spray bottle well till the mixture becomes milky white & then spray bottom upwards, covering the stems, underside of leaves and branches and then the top part of the leaves. The parasites mainly hide underneath the leaves so spraying there is more important. I recommend this for all those plant lovers who grow various indoor & outdoor plants.

Cheating
They sent diluted Neem oil instead of Concreted oil what they said. Ofcourse it's worked fine on Milli bugs.
