Yes. It is very easy to use. 1) Plug in the cord; 2) Press the Power on; 3) Press the temperature contol button to choose the suitable temperature for your hair; 4) Wait for the temperature insicator stop flashing, then you can curl your hair.

How to change voltage? Do I need a voltage converter?

No, you do not need to change the voltage. Our curling iron supports 100-240V, and you only need a travel plug adapter when you use it outside US.

Why the clamp do not hold the hair?

The screw used to fix the clamp on the curling iron may loosed after a period time of usage. Please use a screw driver to tighten the screw.
