Do you have to apply the drops before or after you put in your contacts?

You can do both, and you can keep applying with your contacts on afterwards.

Is the 3 count package a package of 3 counts of two so six bottles total? Description isn't clear so wondering if it's overpriced on 3 bottles

3 Count pkg is 3 bottles, this particular Blink, for contacts, usually costs around $9-$10 per bottle, Amazon or Walmart
