Great for baking
Excellent product and value for money - I used in baking - really enhanced the flavour of my cakes.

Good product
Good product if you wish to reap the benefits of blackstrap molasses and looking for sugar alternatives. Can be used on its own or in tea, milk or with bakery items. You might not like the taste initially but if you have researched on the molasses and determined to get it into your system, you won’t mind the taste after a while. Keep these products refrigerated to avoid from spoiling.

Misleading details | definitely cane syrup and not blackstrap molasses
The ingredient in the picture mentions that partial sugar is removed but the bottle I received doesn't have that mentioned. The rim of the bottle is covered with sugar crystals. It's extremely sweet to taste and the colour is also not black/ dark brown as it should be. I checked the pictures with chatgpt and it confirms that this product is not authentic but rather it's just concentrated/ reduced cane syrup with no nutrition benefits.

20% Crystallized Sugar Sediment
It is really a good product, but 20% was crystallized. Even everyday after stirring the bottle, after an hour there's this thick 20% at the bottom.

Not the same...
I've purchased a bunch of this brands Molasses as I used to have a Western Bakery and needed this fairly often for different products. I've tried other Indian brands and find this one the best, but... If you've had the opportunity to taste British or American 'Blackstrap Molasses', you'll understand what I'm about to say. The 'foreign' product is always very consistent in flavor and viscosity, while I've noticed that this one has it's 'good batches & bad ones'. When it's good, it is almost on par with their foreign counterparts. Usually however the flavor is more like liquified jaggery/guar, without the 'bite' and sharpness that one buys Blackstrap Molasses for. I've been able to purchase the Imported brands here, but you Really Pay for it...
