As Described, Works Great
They work great and are as described! Definitely a great price for normally expensive media.

Real time saver, excellent results.
I was refinishing the solid brass numbers on my mailbox. I bought this media to use in a brass tumbler to remove the oxidation and factory lacquer. I tumbled the brass for about six hours in the media with some water, a touch of dish soap and about three tablespoons of Bar Keepers Friend. The results in the picture below are of the dull finish and this is the finish you should expect from this media. After that, I tumbled the brass in a corn cobb media with brass polish and the results are the shiny numbers, ready for degreasing and re-lacquering. I tumbled it for sixteen hours to achieve these results. Overall, excellent results and a real time saver over manually removing the old lacquer by hand sanding or brushing.

Works for me with dirty range brass. I use porcelain 3mm round ball beads for better cleaning.
Works great but not for deprimed brass cases.

Works good
I bought these to clean fired brass in a vibratory tumbler. They do clean those brass cases very well inside and out. Some of the smaller stones will get stuck in the primer pockets. You should know it will take the finish right off of unplated brass. This probably won't work too well on nickel plated brass.

Excellent for burnishing in a Lortone 3 lb barrel. Tossed in some ivory soap, let it run for two hours, then came back to a bright and shiny finish. Worth the money and then some

I used this in my tumbler to clean jewelry and it’s the perfect size. My sterling chains are so shiny.
