Scrappy makes awesome bitters. Lavender bitters are no exception; true to flavor. I use these bitters primarily for coffee. Lavender adds a great flavor to espresso and cappuccino. Just a few drops, so although expensive, the little bottle last a few months.

Used these bitters to mimic a gin&tonic we had at The Spanish Diner. Gin, cynar, lavender bitters and a lemon slice, and tonic. It was extraordinary! Everyone at my wedding loved it!!

I got this while I was pregnant, making myself mocktails. This really elevates drinks and makes them taste more like crafted drinks at a restaurant

It is a real bitter, not sweet as many of them are. It then has a beautiful floral aroma, the lavender that gives a real kick. Great in gin (and vodka)!

I've been getting into fancy hot cocoas, & I use this bitters in a lavender mint cocoa. I find that compared to other bitters (Fee Brothers, Angostura, & some small batch makers) Scrappy's lavender is less complex with a heavier alcohol undertaste. That said, the lavender comes through strong & fragrant, & that's not a common flavor to find elsewhere. A worthy cabinet addition.

I add a dash to white chocolate lattes and it is da bomb! I love that it's just the flavor so I can decide if I am going low calorie or endulging. Haven't tried in cocktails yet, but have no doubt that this would be lovely in an Old Fashioned. Get it!

Excellent quality product, this brand does not disappoint

With these bitters, I was able to recreate the drink I'd been served at a nice restaurant. Tasted great and friends were impressed.
