Great quality, really pretty design, I’m still happy after many uses. I do not use on the stovetop, I pour hot water in from electric kettle. Handle does not get hot, large enough to make 3 full sized mugs of tea when full. This is a beautiful, durable, weighty tea pot that sits on my counter. The trivet that comes with is a nice addition. I make sure to rinse and dry after use because I saw other reviewers had issues with rust…I have had no issues at all.

Elegant tea pot. Weighty. Holds a lot of tea. I fill it halfway with hot water and it provides enough tea for 4-5 teacups. I’d recommend a tea cozy to keep it hot & keep your fingers protected from the very hot pot. If you don’t use a tea cozy that covers part of the lid, hold the lid in place. Since the lid doesn’t have a rubber gasket to hold it tightly in the pot, it falls out when pouring. My cherished grandmother’s tea cup was broken. 😢

First thoughts: Well made, beautiful, and a stiff handle which keeps the teapot from swinging. I have used it for almost a week now and love it! I heat it over a fire on our gas stove. The metal tea infuser fits just right and is tight weaved so no leaves escape into the pot. It stays hot for hours allowing me to work at my desk and refill my teacup as needed. If I do not finish the pot before it starts cooling, I can put the entire teapot on top my electric coffee warmer to keep it warm. Previous reviews comment it does not hold 40oz (5 cups) but it 100% does.

I have only used this item once, but I’m already hooked. It made a delicious cup of lemon tea. It is gorgeous and much lighter than the larger cast iron kettle I have. While there is a heat feature on my water dispenser, it does not get hot enough for tea.

It's really a beautiful teapot, I love it. I like the high capacity, the included trivet, and it pours well. I only deducted one star because of the stepping enamel smell on arrival. The instructions say to fill with boiling water and dump it out to clean it before use, but I had to do about 7 boiling water rinses over a few days, letting it air out in between, to get rid of the enamel smell. It's a great teapot, just don't expect to use it right out of the box.

Great size and beautiful to boot! Comes with care instructions such as don’t leave water sitting in pot when not in use. And handwash. Great capacity. Beautiful color. Great value. No residue in taste of water after boiling! Comes with tea strainer basket that works like a charm!

Love it. Is a good size. Large enough to hold for at least 4 cups of tea. Durable and beautiful.
