This is such a great product so far. I am beyond glad that I purchased this and I have only been using it for one day. Immediately reduced the pain and gave me a more intense stretch than my other devices I own including my Saunders unit! I like that I can wear it around the house and the air pump is easily removed for better hands free too. But the stretch is next level. If you have a pinched nerve like me and have tried everything you can understand how important that is. If you’ve tried everything give this a go!

We have found the brace to work very well for traction and stretching. I would say check with your doctor first but so far we are having success.

it was missing a part. ....on 3/24 i got this message "Hello, Our business is currently closed. Your questions and/or concerns are very important to us. Your inquiry will be reviewed and responded to by a representative once business hours have resumed. Thank you, Brace Direct" no notification of when the business hours are resuming. 4 days later, no response, even though I tried to contact them again. I'm returning this

Defective out of box would not hold air and very uncomfortable to wear for less than 10 minutes caused more pain will be returning product had to give 1star just to give feedback

Better instructions on how to use would be good. Have only used a couple of times so far but it does a better job then my blow up style. They way you open and close it to put it around your neck is not that easy to operate and being a light plastic I really question how long that part of it is going to last. The hose coming off the brace should be longer to make it easier to hook and unhook to pump. Hose on pump is plenty long. It definitely helps my neck though

This device works. Takes a few times to get used to adjustments. Adjusting knobs for size adjustment and height. Wear for 1 hour and remove for 2-3 hours. Take in to your Dr. and confirm wear times. Works great for relieving my arms going numb and burning.

Not intuitive, Air bladder to pump connection touchy, come apart too easily but after only day one of use , 2-20 min sessions of traction, my neck feel substantially better. Device works. Dials on sides of neck collar click into each position (as brace raises or lowers). In a more pronounced fashion would make it easier to set each dial at same height. Construction could be of heavier gage polymor or even carbon fiber to make it more durable. But again, so far so good. It works.
