Recommendations for rubber pad accessory that fits snugly or rubber padded saddle replacement that fits into pintle hole?

I used this and this fit perfectly into the hole. I didn't want the underside to get damaged so I got this. I'm thinking about buying two for the hell of it. Does this jack have overload protection? I had one that did so by breaking the piston.
