Great product
Real Mushrooms is a reputable company with great products. I have been using the five defenders for a few months now and like the positive results. I’m adding this one on and will evaluate overtime how much better I feel.

Easy to take and I like that it's once a day. I didn't get any strange taste or smell. Would absolutely buy again.

Helping my memory and focus somewhat
I'm taking this supplement to support memory and focus as I age. I'm in my mid 60's. I think this is helping somewhat but I feel that when I was taking ErgoActive by Sundita (no longer available) I felt sharper. We'll see over time how this product helps. I'm going to give it a full 6 months to see how things change.

I cannot stress enough this works wonders. In 2 months of taking this my body is healing parts that were getting out of hand. Example...had a split thumb nail going down to the bottom of the nail. It is healed completely. I take one a day. I also take from The Real Mushroom company Turkey tail, Cordyseps-M, Lion’s Mane and Tremelle. They all help in their own way. Read up on it. Amazing. Real Mushrooms is all organic it is a life changer.

Only been using it for a short time. Experience so far is good. I understand the minimum time of use before noticeable changes in most people is four weeks to eight weeks. Not there yet.
