Vostok | Komandirskie Signal Corps Commander Mechanical Watch | 296 Series

I own quite a bit of watches and I see myself going back to this one quite a lot. It’s definitely one of my favorite pieces and for the price you’re getting the most value for your money. Original Vostok mechanical movement isn’t bad you just have to be careful with the winding. Always read the instructions that these watches come with every watch is different and it ensures longevity. I love the face and aside from what most people say I like the original leather strap also. Very well made

I put a brown leather band on this and have been wearing it daily for the last three years. It’s a little fast, and every two weeks I reset the time back a minute or so. Wind it daily. The chrome has worn slightly on the wrist side, but I love this watch. And I love the story behind the factory.

I love the looks of this watch! It looks much better than the photos give credit. It seems to keep time accurate enough to satisfy any schedule you might have. I love the winding and yes the crown is loose but its designed that way. Put a little downward pressure on it in position 2 and it winds just fine. I will be buying other styles

I got the watch and I'm pretty happy with it, despite it being smaller than I expected. Its a self-winding mechanical watch. I personally quite like the design, and the numbers on the dial are metallic and reflective which is a detail I quite like. The strap that shipped with it was reasonably comfortable and useable, but it was quite ugly and I replaced it with a leather aftermarket strap that I like a lot more. Shipping overseas took a long time, but sometimes that is how it is.

My first Komandirskie, and my first screw down crown ... encourages me to slow down and ponder the times while I'm setting it. Very accurate. I'm exceedingly happy with this purchase.

Received the watch within 4 days of ordering. Comes with the orange box with paper directions and everything. Great quality. This is my first Vostok watch of many!

I have one of these, it’s a decent enough watch, I bought it before Russia changed into the land grabbing aggressor it is now. I would not buy anything made in Russia now unless they decide Stalin is dead and aggression is not cool.

I would definitely reccomened although the strap is a bit weird overall worth it

Actually better quality than I hoped for. The real deal. All components seem quality. Nice weight. Very comfortable strap. Great value for price for sure.

Lo compré para uso personal. El reloj como tal si cumplió mis expectativas. Puede mejorar mucho la manufactura y acabados de la correa, ya que al abrochar la hebilla, se rompió la presilla. La piel de la correa se ve resistente,sin embargo los acabados son burdos.
